  • Customer Data: Name, email address, and payment information (processed securely via Wix).

  • Senior Data: First and last name, and phone number (for the call).

  • Topics: Interests, hobbies, or life stories you provide to help our Companions facilitate meaningful conversation.

  • Sensitive Details: Any specific cognitive or social needs you choose to share to ensure a successful match.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

  • Schedule and conduct the Companion calls.

  • Process your monthly subscription or individual payments.

  • Contact you in the event of a medical emergency during a call.

  • Improve the "matching" process between Seniors and Companions.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored within the Wix Studio ecosystem, which utilizes industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

  • No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or the Senior’s information to third parties.

  • Call Privacy: Calls are strictly private and are never recorded.

  • Payment Security: We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. All transactions are handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).

4. International Users (UK & EU Residents)

If you are booking from the United Kingdom or the European Union, please note:

  • Data Transfer: Your data is transferred to and processed in the United States.

  • Your Rights: Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email provided below.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information only as long as you have an active account or as needed to comply with legal obligations. If you cancel your subscription and wish for your data (and the Senior’s "Spark Topics") to be permanently deleted from our system, please email us.
